Overview of Organizational Profile

We first check to see if your organization is already registered in the VolunteerMatch network. If we find it, we will add you as an administrator - saving you from duplicating the registration process. If we don't find your organization in our system, we will prompt you to complete an organizational profile.

Complete the organizational form as thoroughly and descriptively as possible. The more specific you are about your organization, its mission, and the causes it serves, the more likely you will be to find the volunteers you really need. If you are affiliated with a VolunteerMatch partner or with a federal program, be sure to specify your affiliation in the form. Finally, to be approved in the VolunteerMatch network, you need to submit your organization's Employer Identification Number (EIN). This number can be found on most IRS tax forms.
